Recruitment Open Days at White House

In preparation for the opening of our brand new care home opening in late September, we are holding two Recruitment Open Days at our home in Letchworth on Wednesday 31st August and Thursday 8th September between 10am - 4pm. Tours of the home will also be available on Monday 5th September, 9am – 5pm ahead of the home opening. 

We would like to invite prospective staff members to attend our Recuitment Open Days, where you can see what White House can offer you as well as meet the rest of our team. Interview slots will also be available throughout the day for the roles we have available.

It is important to us here at White House that our care team are kind, hard-working, and all share the same passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Experience of working in the care sector is not essential for a majority of roles as training and development will be provided within a fun and rewarding work environment, flexibility in shift patterns, with no two days the same.
